Fines for Failing to Comply

As of 1st July 2021, when a new or renewed tenancy is signed on a Frasertown rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance work have to be done inside of 90 days.

Tenancies established in the period between July 1st 2019 to 30 June 2021

  • Insulation of the underfloor and ceiling is a requirement in all Frasertown and New Zealand rental homes where it is reasonably practicable to put in.
