Fines for Failing to Comply
Beginning on July 1st, 2021, if a new or renewed tenancy is signed on an Akina rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance items have to be done by the end of 90 days.
As of 1st July 2021, if a new or renewed lease is entered into on an Akina rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance work must be completed inside of 90 days.
